HOW THICK IS THIS YARN?

Our yarn thickness is measured using the NM count, the industry standard in the knitting world. This differs from ply, which is commonly used for hand knitting yarns. To help you visualize the yarn's thickness, we've compared it to everyday items.

This yarn is similar thickness to sewing thread, soft and delicate.

WHAT CAN I MAKE?

Brushed cashmere wool yarn knits up ethereal winter layering pieces or mix it up with our JAPANESE WOOL YARN or 100% CASHMERE YARN for chunkier knits with a brushed texture.

Works well with…
Open stitches like eyelets and ladders and even loose tension simple structures like jersey to show off the yarn texture.
