SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping:
** Free standard shipping for orders over $150.
We are currently only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
We use Australia post e-parcel and you can select either Standard or Express postage at the checkout.
We dispatch orders twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. Express Post doesn’t mean your order is shipped the same day as you ordered. We will try our best prioritise your order, but sometimes there might be other orders ahead of you in the queue.
Standard and Express Post refer to the delivery speed of Australia Post which you can see here.
We are not responsible for lost or uninsured packages, or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order.
Tracking:
Once your ordered has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information.
If your parcel has not been received within a reasonable period after the due delivery date you should contact Australia Post. We have no control over how or when it is delivered and are not responsible for parcels once they have been shipped.
Returns:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30 day return policy, get in touch with us at info@knitinprogress.com so we can process it for you. Please ensure the yarns are returned to us in their original condition and weight. In addition to a refund we can also provide you with store credit or exchange on purchases that meet our return standards. As we are a small business, we cannot refund return postage costs.
We are happy to replace or refund the purchase price of defective items within 30 days of your order being dispatched. If you believe your item is faulty, please
contact us.
