SHIPPING
We are currently only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
We use Australia post e-parcel and you can select either Standard or Express postage at the checkout.
We dispatch orders twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. Express Post doesn't mean your order is shipped the same day as your ordered. We will try our best to prioritise your order but some time there might be other orders ahead of you in the queue.
Standard and Express Post refer to the delivery speed of Australia Post which you can see here.
We are not responsible for lost or uninsured parcels, or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order.
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
If your parcel has not been received within a reasonable period after the due delivery date you should contact Australia Post. We have no control over how or when it is delivered and are not responsible for parcels once they have been shipped.
